1. Return Eligibility

2. Return Conditions

2.1 Damaged or Defective Items

You may be eligible for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs. Claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.

2.2 Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect item and ship the correct item to you at no additional cost.

2.3 Change of Mind

If you wish to return an item simply because you changed your mind, the item must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. In this case, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  4. Package the item securely, including all original packaging, tags, and accessories
  5. Include a copy of your original receipt and the RAN inside the package
  6. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions
  7. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items

4. Refunds

4.1 Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. This inspection process typically takes 1-3 business days. After the inspection:

  • If approved, we will process your refund within 5 business days
  • If denied, we will contact you with an explanation and offer to ship the item back to you

4.2 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Refunds will be credited back to the original card. It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer

6. Shipping Costs

Due to their collectible nature, limited edition items are subject to stricter return conditions. These items may only be returned if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. Please inspect limited edition items carefully upon delivery.
